Both the east and west have good developers that push the industry forward. It wasn't till SE decided to leave their loyal fan base and pander to the west that their games became stale. Squaresoft merging with Enix was the worst thing to happen to them, Yoichi Wada being a close second
I can understand you saying that Multiplat titles are usually close in terms of graphics and what not, but PS3 exclusives really out shine anything the 360 has to offer. The 360 even has a tough time getting games up to uncharted 1 standards, save for a few developers.
I've never gotten the sense that I was missing something because i didn't have live. I don't care which GPU is better when i get games like Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, and GOW3.
Please tell me how the ps2 is doing 5k after 10 years? lol
think sony will have GOTY for the 4th straight year in my book.
I disagreed with you because you called Sony's 1st party weak, when I'm looking at my collection and see no less then 25 1st party games out of about 50 games total i have, and I'm assuming your only talking about America regarding sales.
If you mean Sony gimped is it's console how can you explain games like MGS4, LBP, Uncharted, GOWIII, and Infamous. They may have pushed blu-ray through but it has made gaming better for PS3 owners
but its funny how these claims started when the jrpg developers decided to move away from there fan base and support MS exclusivity for a while.
I will continue to support IG as long as they continue to put out excellent titles and I don't hear about any sacrifices being made to get it on the 360
GT5 will be a biggest release this year. Halo will be a close second though
I think the west really hates JRPG'S but this game is easily a 8.0 to 8.5. I think it has some flaws it could fix but it's very fun.
have long development times. But as far as racing sims go forza might be the best out right now but the best racing game I've played this gen is Motorstorm:Pacific Rift.
Thats the only way it makes sense
The ps2 is the best gaming console ever IMHO and i still think has a good 2 years left, considering the just recently launch in brazil and a few other countries
bubbles for you sir
Myabe give insomniac a crack at it or the sucker punch team
that i want the developers to improve with each game and not become complacent.
but for 60 bucks its seems like a little much, especially if the single player is very short again. I don't like the fact that they limited spec ops to only 2 players.
Walmart is offering a $50 gift card when you pre-order the game.
*edit*
sorry its $20
I buy my games New 99% of the time. But i have 2 systems and and me and my girlfriend both have an account. how would this affect us. Do we have to buy 2 copies of every game that has online just because i wanna switch rooms or i used the online 1st?
I like it in theory but it shouldn't affect us honest customers. Also how will this affect people who get replacement systems?
