A good RTS is hard to come by now. I miss the good ol days when i used to play Command & Conquer, Age of Empires 3, Rise of Nations, all those classic games that i would spend hours on every day...its a shame there are no developers that are willing to step up to the plate and create a true killer, next-gen RTS.
What do people expect from a GTA game? There has always been sex in GTA games, at least as long as I have owned them. It's just a game people, it's not like there is an actual clip of two people really having sex. It's just pixels.
yep I just put a 320GB Seagate in my PS3 about a month ago and I absolutely love it! Props to Sony for allowing PS3 owners to freely upgrade their hard drives to whatever they want/need.
Ah okay so I think it is safe to say that Windows 7 has a few less processes but not anything to get excited about. I just checked and the default page file for my computer under Windows 7 is about 1.8 gigs. So you are probably right in saying that W7 uses the page file more aggressively then Vista because I definitely see an increase in performance when switching from Vista to Windows 7 regardless of how it happens.
Ill admit I initially based my "less resources" argument on ram usage however, 7 also runs less services, excuse me, Processes. Currently I have Itunes, firefox and photoshop CS3 open and the task manager is reporting 44 processes running with ram usage at about 46%. keep in mind that I only have 1.5 GB of ram as well.

I have to say that Microsoft really got it right this time. I have been running the beta since the torrent leaked to the net and I have to say it is simply amazing! please don't bash me for downloading the torrent because I also downloaded the legit copy from Microsoft.

yes i agree. The zune just isnt as small and stylish as the Ipod touch. plus you get apps, built in wifi, and a touch interface. I absolutely love my Ipod touch simply because its a work of art instead of a piece of cheap plastic.

Actually you can play all of the games on an apple computer that you could play on a pc. Just use boot camp and there you go...any game you have you can play on your mac.

This game always has and will suck. I played all the previous ones before when they were developed by Novalogic and they were downright horrible.
Actually the base (pre-configured) model of the G5 comes with two quad-core xeon processors. But the price is also $2,799 instead of the $1,500 you had stated. Or you can remove one of the xeon processors and bring the price down to $2,299.

Yea dude I agree. i noticed that the first time I started the beta. But it isn't horrifically slow at least, but you do notice some time in between menus.
This is probably the best beta I have ever been in aside from the long loading times. Also, switching between the customization screens is a tad slow for me but no big deal.
I have played every SOCOM since the first and I still love it! I am definitely the kind of person that loves gorgeous graphics and I have to say that Slant 6 did a great job on the visuals! It's not killzone 2 graphics but hey who cares!? the game is still an absolute blast to play!
