I'm from another era. Back in the day I owned a Sega Megadrive, and I knew Super Nintendo was better, and would continue to dominate those days... but I didn't care cause Sega gave me such different experience: a very different way to approach gaming.

This is ridiculous: look at PS move; Sony supported move but never made it a key thing on PS3/PS4... just a funny gimmick thing for gamers. Same with VR, if hardcore gamers like it we gonna see some fantastic games for it; if not we won't. But the PS4 will never become a gimmicky system.

The Xbox is a great machine now. But without the complaints we would still have: Kinect! always online, DRM BS, and Don Mattrick would still be running things instead of Phil (an awesome classy guy)

Lot of exclusives, but more important lot of interesting hardcore games. The PS4 reminds me of the good old days of the original PlayStation when everything was fresh and new.

10 years ago it was hard for a console to support full HD for under $400. Nowadays the technology is here (kind of... not perfect full HD 60fps in all games, but close enough) for that price (even less)
