Actually 720p or 1080p is not the point. As long as the game is good is what that really matters. But most importantly Nintendrones need to face the fact and stop trying to attack on XO/PS4 owners making claims that they have more 1080p games than all those so called next gen systems. If they really care about their games, they dont even make such comment. Thou they always feel they have superior games to other platforms.
Unless I understand you wrongly. If I understand you correctly, Then please do take note that the "Magic Cloud" is actually working across all 3 platforms XO/360/PC of the game. Also they did say before directly from Respawn that it is because of the Cloud that only made this game possible where it could not been done in the past.

I think people never notice that DS4 is different from DS3. Having the camera or not aside. The light bar is also an indicator on which controller is it currently connected as (eg. Blue = P1, Red = P2 and so on...). Unlike DS3 where there is an indicator on top that show which player is that controller connected as. DS4 does not have the same indicator. Light bar is the replacement for it
dont judge a game from video. not even from reviews. since opinions are subjective. this game can be quite innovative on Wii U, imagine having the scanner on the game pad when you enable it. But then again despite there can be cool ideas it is not announce for the system.
I remember seeing some people who queue in line for xo saying the reason xo over ps4 is according to him, XBL is where real competitive play is at. While this can be a touchy and subjective comment since personally I do not agree, this game just moot his whole competitive point. 6v6 with AIs is not something competitive at least in my view regardless how the game design is going to be. Guess I will just play this on my PC/360. I thought this might make me get a XO. But i guess not so anymore....
Thou it is not clear yet but when come to mobile devices I do believe it is only intended on PlayStation certified devices. Because this is an opportunity for them to brag about the platform.
