there is no "does and doesn't". 1080p will ALWAYS look better than 720P. 60fps will ALWAYS look AND play better than 30fps. Anything else is DAMAGE CONTROL to the max.
black still looks the best. It's good to have options though. I picked one up from Gamestop. VAST improvements over the previous dualshocks. Feels even better than the 360 controller for shooters too.
I was wavering if I was going to get this for PS4 or if my PC was still up to the challenge. My PC ran the beta at 1080p 60fps Max settings. I still considered getting the console version to play with some local friends..... never mind. Is 900p the new 540p of this gen. Sad... I hope devs will be able to make 1080p more standard this gen. Looks like it's only exclusives for me so far this gen.
shouldn't we be so glad that reviews don't decide our fate when getting a game. I've been playing Arkham Origins and to me it's better so far than Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. Watch when Call of Duty Ghost come out they will be foaming at the mouth to give it above a 9

Like he said... "being that Respawn is a new company and this is their first game they need to make a lot of money". I'm almost certain this game will be multiplat. No question. Especially being how popular the PS4 seems to be right now. It can't be ignored.

Yes we need it. I'm tired of people damage controlling this. It's 2013 going into 2014. TVs/Monitors have been having higher refresh rates for 10 years now. Hell, even 1080p is so old it's on crutches now and 1440p/1600p is on the horizon. 60fps is not some great new technology. It's been on PCs forever.
