so you are one of those people who "support" games launching incomplete. You are helping that become a standard by damage controlling it as well as saying it deserves GOTY when it doesn't. It's inexcusable for us to pay $60 for a game and not access half of it until 2 weeks later. Then, 2 weeks later it doesn't work and when it eventually does work it is lackluster with poor optimization, connection issues, etc... also having a poor character creation using grandparents ...
Everybody knows this game should have been GOTY in the first place. How the heck does GTA V win when even they had a 2 week late multiplayer that ended up lackluster at that. That character creation was abysmal. Even Saints Row's was miles better.

with all of the juicing up of the graphics they are doing and calling it DEFINITIVE why not make the game run at 60fps then? How about doing that instead.

That's great news for PC gamers. I hope there's also a next gen console version too as well. People shouldn't doubt the game will eventually be released on PC I mean ALL the other GTA games are on PC as it is. The only game that didn't come to PC was Red Dead Redemption.
