Yeah, it is against the TOS and these people are wrong for doing it when it's against the TOS. But console banning is a liitle excessive. Why not ban the fake account and take the games?

GTA V is leagues above saints Row IV. It would have been a different story if SR was actually fun like it used to be. SR2 was the best one. Still play it.
GTA SA is leagues ahead of any game in the SR series. The only game in the SR series that can even be close to SA is probably 2.

No, we won't be heading in that direction. And if we do, it won't happen for a couple of years.
The newest norm, that won't come until a couple of generations after next, will become downloading games. As much as I hate it, it is bound to come. Consoles will soon no longer have a need for disc trays and we will have to download the latest games.
But cloud streaming? Not going to work. Not everyone has the Internet connection for it. It looks nice ...

But what reason did they have to limit the space of 3DS games? The 3DS doesn't having any problems selling.
