I think it will have just as much cheating as every POS PVP game on console or PC and bungie will police it as well as they do on console which is pretty much not at all.
You dont need an aim bot for Destiny the Aim assist perks like hidden hand and others do just fine.
They arent it takes several weeks of complaints before console lag switchers get banned and then is usually just a week.

Actually I got it 4yrs ago on sale for 350$ and it works pretty well seeing as it just sits and collects dust most of the time. I honestly dont see a need or really need a PC my Ps4 Pro plays games, streams to twitch, youtube, facebook and I watch netflix, amazon, hulu plays blu rays just fine and I surf the web with my TV and android so I really have no need for a PC.

Its Readon mobile graphics on my laptop. Its not a hybrid its just AMDs mobile graphics.
The laptop is great for what I do with it which is pretty much nothing because I dont need a PC for pretty much anything ever. I play games, watch movies and stream on my Ps4 Pro. I do email and a little web browsing on it maybe 1-2hrs a month. I just wanted to try it out to see if it worked. The new build 1.7.4 runs a bit better but still only gets 5-7fps when the game is actually on....
Yeah but I tried this on my A8 APU with R5 550M and it doesnt play it well only 4-5fps. So I guess you need a pretty good CPU and GPU combo.
Maybe they should get whats out there to work properly before continuing to expanded.
Elite is pretty similar elitest and it will be on Ps4 plus Ive played this "game" is just bug filled over hyped potatoe right now.

Scorpio wont be 4k either. It may have a few more titles but it wont be 4k, the fact MS put out suggestion for devs on how they can hit 4k using their vwrsion of checked board ia the proof.
