The PS3 was a misstep its not a popular label its just a fact. The design was complicated on purpose, the launch of Ps3 and pricing was mis handled and Sony suffered for that. In what way is PSN inferior? You could have said that last gen but not this gen. Having moved from X360 to Ps4 I was pleasantly surprised at how they improved from Ps3 to Ps4 and the OS just keeps getting better with every update. This console gen has been really good for Ps4 at least xbone yeah its been really shitty but they have no one but themselves and Don Mattrick to blame for that. All that nonsense about Da-cloud and secret sauce with Dx12.....geez.

@oneshotv2 I was building PCs when the Voodoo 2 was an awesome card and 10gb was a giant hard drive. I choose console cause I hate keyboard and mouse always did. I can afford all the platforms I just prefer the one with a better community and for me thats console.
Actually as the game was orignially designed around VR maybe that has something to do with it.

Not long and thats the benefit of DLC that is actually DLC not cut resold content. You can tell more story and have less time spent in it because the assets and world are already built.
No reason for it to take 4-5yrs by then it would almost be a Ps6 game. They did a new engine for this game and built all new assets etc they could easily do a sequal in 2 yrs.

Ive been enjoying this gen for about 5yrs doesnt mean I cant be excited or ready for next gen.
Because the market and Sony have admitted Ps4 has hit the peak and is on a downward slide not to mention the power gap between Ryzen and Bulldozer based cpus is night and days. The tech is there, the market conditions are there and whether people like it or not the demand is building from devs and consumers for new tech.
