I gave up on MW2 long ago. Can't wait for BFBC2. Such a superior game, imo.
This game is still WAY better than MW2. I've been playing the demo nonstop since it became available, and can't wait for March 2.
It will happen. Not everyone is going to go buy a gaming console right away. Not with the holidays three months away. Just wait.....
After purchasing my ps3, i am starting to get really sick of microsoft nickle-and-diming me for everything. I already need to pay $150 to upgrade my small 20gig hard drive, where half of it is taken up by the NXE update, pay $70 for online features i don't use except for Netflix streaming now and then, and a potential RRoD on a second unit.
I love my xbox, but the playstation is really starting to kick some ass.
Christmas is going to be the big factor for sony. I was a Xbox fanboy, but always wanted a blue ray DVD player. When the slim hit, i just couldn't pass it up. I am hooked on the ps3 and can't wait to play Metal Gear and all of the other games i've missed out on.
I am an X360 fanboy. But i could NOT pass up this deal on my first blue ray player. I also picked up one game. After trying both the movie and the game, i promptly went out and spent the rest of my paycheck on more movies and games.
Xbox now has some real competition. PS3 is a serious gaming machine that has so much untapped potential. Now if you will excuse me, back to Valkryia chronicles...
Im not sure what these other people are talking about. This game is pretty fun. It is rather limiting right now because it is in demo stage. But you can play up to 32 people, totally customize your unit. Everything to what guns you have to how much armor, damage, boost, etc. that you have.
The spawn system is rather fun. But most of all it takes some actual strategy to capture the other teams' control point.
True it is not as polished as some would like, nor...
So i should abandon my xbox and get a wii? Pay for their crappy games and the millions of peripherals that it has?
Or shell out the cash for a ps3 that has most of the games that I already own, but just a few i'd want to buy, or for the blue ray player i already have?
No thanks. I had my xbox refurbished and have had NO problems with it. I found if you install the game to the hard drive, it runs much cooler. And Netflix streaming in HD, yes please. I'm good thank...
You guys don't get it. It is not about the console war in this case! It is the case of people like me who pre-ordered the game for Xbox and now they are not releasing it. I don't care that it is a PS3 exclusive. what i care about is how for months we have had the carrot dangled in front of us, and right as we get to take a bite it is swept away for good.
I am an Xbox 360 owner and very biased towards it, but even this story is a bit hard to swallow. Sony isn't going anywhere and neither is microsoft. This "war" is pointless.
Hedgehogs are so awesome! I used to have one for years, they are so sweet and affectionate. No reason they are outlawed, just like ferrets .
