The IP addresses for the US and Europe are different and have a footprint that let's them designate the actual region the IP ois from, so they can lock it from all US IP's if they wanted even if you create a Europe account. Haven't heard if it will be, but it's a possibility.

Why is this even a comparison? If you are talking about artistic styling then KZ2 wins hands down, but if you want to get technical and talk about GPUs then PC will win hands down. The hardware on the PS3 will remain constant until another is released, while the PC can be upgraded anytime with a new motherboard, GPU, and RAM. Halo this, Halo that....how many spinoff's does this game need? It really sounds like MS is desperate, and why shouldn't they be? We know they have seen KZ2 in action along with the rest of us and have been completely blown away by it. They must be counting the RRoD units they "replaced" and sent back to people. I NEVER buy a game based on any sites ratings because I know the scores are easily altered by people who have nothing better to do than click the rating button to amp up or sabotage the rating. Even the reviews can't be taken seriously anymore becasue people are so biased. With all that said, you have to admit 0.8 is hilarious. I talked to my local Gamestop and they said that getting a card is based on the number of reservations they get for their store. So if they meet quota for the game, then they will get the cards to give to the people who have reserved the game.
