wonder if MS is looking to see how many patents MOTO is infringing on ,cause i can bet they are infringing on some of MS patents. like everyone has stated MS is a software maker , while MOTO makes hardware so am guessing that hardware need some software.

Not saying it an exclusive, i just wont take the word of someone who is way involved does not matter what his contribution is. i just prefer to do some research ,testing, before i buy something .(MO) In today's world ones word or handshake means nothing, cause if its not a legal binding contract it means nothing.
Nice to know but i can't take his word for it due to the fact he has deals w/ nintendo. may just have to wait for one of my dumb friends to buy this for thier kid.

@mananimal Yes i have heard of Amazon , but they see less of my games due to the inconveniences.
they have no choice they are the only store that caters to gaming , not many retailers just do gaming only, best buy does it for extra income plus it an electronic store, walmart does it cause it a box store & wants portion of the industry profits generated.aside from games-top their is nowhere else to go , 15 years ago we had Funcoland, Eb , plus some small mom & pop shops but now all we have is GS. that why we hate .
@vega275 that the thing you would expect all gamestops to be given back the same amount across all stores seeing as how they are all corporate owned.unless they have gone the franchise route don't understand why the variation in trade value .
Was not expecting full price but something a tad better than 25.00 for a game i just paid $64.19 on release day. after that day i now allow myself something better than game-stop 1) keep it 2)find somewhere else 3)destroy it.
trust me they rip u off, i bought Max Payne 3 day one , trade value was 25.00 dollars on the same day of release.
Either way it still a sweet bit of info even if it is pure speculation.
