I agree with your first part, i thought it was pretty boring on rails, now if we were flying the jet :)
However i really liked the karloff level the most, serisouly running through a house with a auto shotgun just means all kinds of fun!
The first thing nintendo would have to do in my eyes is stop forcing the issue on making games that look cartonish & step up & recognize that most hardcore games shoot for realism. Of course thats IMO
Blackfriday price of like $50 i might pick one up, i sincerly doubt it will happen but i would at least think about it!
IMO Crysis 2 was the best game on this list. I actually really enjoyed Crysis 2.
played all of them including the honerable mentions with the exception of the pokemon game. I gotta say though i havent "forgten" any of these games

ive played the both bad company games in IMO the reason those were really fun was the characters in bad company were hilarious. It was a typical FPS to me but the guys made it fun. Removing the funny back & forth really made the genericness of this game show through. I mean come on how awesome is "im gonna go save me some cherleaders"

ive got the game in my game q with both 360 & ps3 it makes no real difference to me, i like both controllers for different reasons but in the end there pretty damn similar!
have you actually slowed down & walked around in SP campaing specifically the early part of the game? look at the shadows especailly they are HORIBLE! **spoiler kinda** The part when you have to take out the snipper with a rocket launcher, look at the ground after the cover fire on the roof, the entire ground is made up of small squares & no texture at all!
for games that next gen will relaistically be 30gb or more? That would take hours considering most download speeds are crap. Imagine trying to download a 30gb file from lets say EA on launch day that litterally millions of people are also trying to do the same. It could litterally take a week to download a game!
The 30gb is even being generous. Rage that just came out recently was 23gb & that is with current gen tech. Next gen tech will be much better plus without the res...
BUT digital downloads would be the end of the used market, so there would be no reason whatsoever for them to lower the price since there would be no competition. I would expect them to say something along the lines of server costs actaully cost more than physical discs so the price is going UP $10 & game would almost never go down in price even a year after relsease!
the biggest issue is download speeds & download caps! The day we can make 50mbps the norm & eleminate all download caps we can start talking about this serisouly, but i think that is still serisouly 5-10 years away.
thats true, i on average finish one game per week, but i play a shit ton of hours. I use gamefly to play all my games. Glad to see a fellow gamefly user on here :)
