Why should we believe what some developers say, when the news about DX12 is it won't effect Xbox One... but we have to disregard any developer that says DX12 will have gains?

Don't laugh at me, but I was playing TombRaider definitive and was at a section with maybe 5 guys, no ammo, and all I had left was arrows. Tried a fair few times, always catching a bullet to the face, or sitting on a grenade. Got a bit frustrated so went outside to have a Cone...
Sat back down and hit try again, Headshot, boom, headshot, boom, headshot boom, headshot boom. Then the room went quiet, I was like how did that just get so easy?
I think any game is better with weed. My work drug tests tho, so only very occasionally will I have a cone or two.
