The game was developed at the University of Auckland, which is in New Zealand not Australia. From what I can tell the voice actors are from New Zealand too.
Youth suicide is a big problem in NZ so hopefully this game can help reduce depression.
I couldn't help thinking that it looks better than NFS Rivals.
Very reasonable price for NZ compared to previous generations. It's a shame that some other regions are getting slightly ripped off though.
How can they tell who is a "member of your family"? I wonder if you need to register your relatives through Kinect facial recognition! Otherwise you could just register friends as family...
Also can all 10 of your family members access your shared games at the same time? Or is it only you + 1 other family member?
"YOU can always play your games, and any ONE of your family members can be playing from your shared library AT A GIVEN TIME"
These projections have zero credibility or value. The next Xbox has not even been announced, so of course there have been less pre-order searches for it, because it technically doesn't exist! If anything, the fact that an unannounced product is allegedly only 2-1 behind is the impressive news.
That gun needs a bigger magazine.
I got Sly Cooper which is funny because I juts bought the Sly Collection from the PSABR sale!
They should at least have comparable prices across all regions.
EA are innovative. They are always coming up with new ways to screw consumers!
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the image at the right of the picture with all of the leaks looks like an Uncharted (3) stage, with cargo hanging out the back of a plane.
My PS3 got YLOD when I was about 3/4 of the way through. I started another game and did the factions I had not completed previously, but couldn't bare going through previous quest-lines. Seeing as the trophies/achievements require multiple play-throughs the re-playability seemed lacking to me, especially the fade.
Closest game I can think of is Borderlands.
I think it's a no-brainer. The next generation of consoles will have cloud gaming as an extra paid service, in addition to physical games.
After the next generation consoles will probably be completely cloud based. Currently the tech/internet quality is not good enough to focus wholly on cloud gaming, but they will transition into the future.
Even with the discount it's still overpriced compared to the PC version and what it was originally advertised as.
New Zealand is being overcharged too!!!
I remember once I thought I heard a girl playing BF3, but it turned out to be a pre-pubescent boy lol.
Why buy it when they can copy it, like most other innovative ideas in the gaming industry? People are more likely to go with a similar service from a company that is more well known anyway.
Interesting theory, but I think it will be a more well known character.
Sometimes I find myself not finishing a game, not because I am bored with it, but because I don't want it to end!
I wonder if this was his plan from the start...
