I can't see Jigglypuff getting cut. I doubt Sakurai would raise Mario and Zelda from 4 characters to 5 (assuming Ganondorf is returning), but leave Pokémon at 4. Especially since he put so much emphasis on Pokémon in the Smash Direct.
The authour also forgot to explain why he thinks Mr. Game & Watch is cut.
Except it should be just a photoshop. Protoman doesn't deserve to be playable. He should just be an Assist Trophy.
