The company who you think dominated would depend on what type of gamer you are, but lets be honest, everybody won. Except Microsoft.
PSN+ is young, I mean the features ta\hat are announced for + is really really good for the price and all, but give it time to develop, I am sure that it will be worth it.
Sony will continually support + with new features I am positive.
Personally I think it is bigger, cause FFXIII was not that great, it was average for a FF game, and I am sure that portal will be amazing, so I can assume that it is gonna be a bigger title, but in terms of stealing exclsuives who knows, MS didnt steal any this year, well thats if you dont count that 3 year activision BS, but who gives a crap.
The last couple of years fighting games have been becoming a bore, but SSFIV was pretty fun. I hope this turn out to be good, dont know about release dates, but they are going to have competition wit MvC3
