The environments are jaw dropping and so real looking. The gameplay tracks have the same photo realism audio vista has.

The game would be better on PS3 then? If it was on ps3 the game would be a must have for any gamers that likes Japanese centric games.
Just show what deals and games are coming and maybe a trailer, that's all the 360 needs like always. The people that typically buy the 360 don't like to be told what to think and how to feel about something. A Kevin Buttler type would fail for XBOX because it has a more of a underground vibe to it. Marketing for xbox mostly comes from gaming events and things like the EA SPORTS Madden NFL 12 Annual Pigskin Pro-Am hosted by Xbox(on NBC) you see Xbox in shows and movies.
A price cut would make sure Sony couldn't gain any ground but MS has a business to run it doesn't matter what us 360 fanboys wan't. MS feels risking a slow down or possible loss in top sales is worth the maximum impact of a real cut later on due to the current momentum being so high now.(they're not only going to risk PS3 outselling the 360, they don't mind too much because they think an official cut later on will have a greater impact than the last one)

Most people already have A DVD player. Parents want family fun not another DVD player that plays games.

It became hard for Sony to hide the fact PS3 was being outsold by the 360 WW so they went ahead the drop in reaction to the forecast predicted for the holiday looking too strong for the 360. Sony tried to rely on PS3 fans to use the hazy myths created from lesser tracking companies but after releasing their company internal official figures first this time and MS 2nd it revealed the truth even to the diehards and investors.
I LMAO when I read this 20 minutes ago. The current battle isn't about price alone but mostly demand(motion)at this point in the game but of course price has some effect.
Then you have major blockbusters in every genre in gaming on the 360 this holiday.
There will nothing but very competitive bundle deals this year because MS knows the demand for their console is very high.

PS3 fanboys see COD and BF3 as console badges and or flags. He was offended that some one attacked PS3 by insulting BF3 due to PS3 fans falsely trying to paint BF3 as a PS3 prefered console of choice for battlefield. PS3 fans think BF3 is the COD of the 360 when it comes to identity and console association. Half of them try to own this game in the name of ps3 because the graphics are too good to let the 360 have the upper hand, they did this with Crysis 2.

Devs have to use resources for 3D games. Killzone 3 has worse graphics than Killzone 2. 3D can work with less graphical and technical demanding games but games that already push hardware will be hurt. I imagine processing is a factor too, linear games that look good could pull it off but open games or games with a lot of environmental physics would suffer.
He got disagrees because the ps3 version came out over a year later with a new engine build that had 13 or 14 months of improvements. Later the devs patched these improvements in the retail 360 version. Even before the 360 retail patch the devs used the new engine on the 360 DLC expansion that came out later that look better than the ps3 DLC.
I don't think the dev is telling the truth. Every gaming event was shown and boasted to be the 360 version. I've never seen mix...

I think he means the increased support for 3D is industry wide from hollywood and other electronics makers and was baffled someone would claim other companies use what Sony does as a guide.
JoGam No one is jealous of 3D some gamers still think it's rubbish and degrades the quality of games graphical potential and the way they run. Doesn't mean all gamers don't wan't 3D hense the update.
So I guess I'll wait 6 years before I go 3D.
