To be honest, I dont like playing with 3d for too long before I can feel it getting to my head.
I just have breaks in between or play in 2d. Problem solved.

Psp most definitely isnt capable of the visuals SF4 represents. Its quite a large jump in visuals from the DS.

If this game was called Dragon Age : kirkwall and sold as a tie in game you'd see it recieved alot better. I think its just the fact people expect alot MORE from a sequel.
Bioware couldve learnt from the success of assassins creed brotherhood (even if DA2 was announced before) which was well recieved and sold shitloads. If it was called assassins creed 3, what it have done as well? Im not so sure.

Persona 3 portable and crisis core are examples of great RPGS on psp.
In saying that htough, I do think that 3ds will have the better RPG line up by the end, just like the ds has. Cheaper development.
