That's a good question. Maybe you should have told MS that before their initial reveal of the Xbone. How many smart devices does someone really need hooked up to one entertainment center? Smart TV, smart bluray, PS3, 360, etc. Sony got it right, they know why people buy game consoles. MS learned the hard way.

Like Morganfell said, there are more than likely clauses in the contract that BOTH parties will have to honor and fulfill, and if they aren't met the contract is void. I also wouldn't be surprised if there is a buyout clause in the contract. Just because these two companies have signed an exclusive contract does not mean its guaranteed. We don't even know the details of the agreement.
With all that said, I really don't care what console or platform this game ...

And yet... Still they are. I think that says more about what the people think of the X1 than it does about the PS4. Imagine what's going to happen when Sony starts putting out more of their games.

I play both consoles. I will play both next-gen as well. As for the current gen?? Yes I saw a difference in comparing 360 exclusives to PS3 exclusives. The reason I would compare just the exclusives is because they are optimized to get the most out of each console.
