They dont really value their employees, as they are pushed to meet targets without any incentives such as bonus etc.

because SEGA are bringing the PStriple exclusives such a Yakuza 3/4 and Valkyria Chronicles.
Although developers shouldn't get away for this, but in my books I will make an exception for SEGA in this case...
PS3 Exclusives are selling enough for the hit sequels to be made.

We will most likely bundle it with 1 or 2 games at no extra cost. Usually one of them is a Sony Published Title.

Tankaichi actually had real Dragonball Z definition fighting.
Burst Limit/ Budokai were very restricted games. Tenkaichi could do what Budokai did and do much more.
