I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Honestly, I found the voice commands quite convenient, I even use them when I'm playing with my keyboard & mouse.
As for the dragon shouts, I actually use two different Shouts in the video, fire breath and ice form. Fire Breath is used around 2:45 in the video, and Ice Form is used at 4:40.

I appreciate the support, and I can see where you are coming from. There is certainly less precision with the Kinect than there is a controller. But, someone using a keyboard and mouse would probably say the same of a controller.
There are more factors than just pure efficiency of gameplay. One of those factors is immersion, and if done right Kinect can help immerse you in the experience.
I'm not sure that Kinect is clearly meant for just casual games....
