Am actually rather surprised by this comparison, After checking out the article i was really impressed with both games and how amazing they looked, Killzone 3 and Crysis 2 both looked amazing but i thought Crysis 2 edged it in terms of graphics but i also had my doubts that Crysis 2 screenshot was a console build.

When the game first came out on the PS3, it was terrible! Patches after patches it became worst, But after the last update things started to pick up again, it felt much better, and the match making was more responsive, less random disconnect happening.
I also experienced the slow movements a few days ago, at first i was thinking whats going on? at first i thought it was my controller which it wasn't but glad its fixed now

I don't know what you mean by anything new to push fps genre forward but its like the only game to offer unique controls which i very much enjoyed, a lot of people disliked the lagg but i thought it made it felt more epic, felt like i was definitely in the warzone. It was the weighty feeling that kept me playing.
