MGS hasn't aged well...the nostalgia factor is high, but it's an ugly game now.
EVER buy a used 360 from Gamestop. Trust me on this.
I can't BELIEVE Counter Strike is 11 years old already!
This is so much better than most of the lazy top 10's i see. Freaking meaty writeup.
I feel like the original MGS, while groundbreaking, hasn't really stood the test of time.
Nope, it was still boring as hell.
Part of me...a giant part of me...really wishes Real Time Worlds would have just focused all their effort on Crackdown 2, perhaps then it would have been more of a sequel. As far as APB, I have yet to hear anything truly positive about it.
More like "Child of Eden" and I'll be a Kinect Konvert ;-)
...what hype?
Trade it away to Goozex before people realize it sucks :-p
Man, i totally forgot about this game. May have to feed my Tower Defense addiction now...
NO, hopefully whatever shell of a team is left gets a windfall.
Look at what Bioware did with Dragon Age Origins: Awakenings. $40 expansion pack, essentially. that would have been the sweet spot for Crackdown 2.
I've never tried it...shelved it for a rainy day
Agreed. That ended up being the main point in the review. 1.5 is a worthy banner, but it's not a detractor.
It's meant to squelch all the "portable gaming killer" attacks, not really call attention to the Kindle. (see headline)
It's updated now with links to the Kindle and Nook...the site's pub tool has a nasty habit of taking forever to reflect live updates.
This came out of left field, never heard of it but I'll have to look into it now.
Really getting sick of the spam.
Bobby Kotick may be a d!ck, but at least he's bullish and crystal clear about the fact that his job is to make Activision's shareholders happy.
