But how is that kicking MS ass? I was expecting the ps4 to outsell the x1 mainly because it's $100 cheaper and available in more regions. The way it seems both are selling well.

Give me actual gameplay first. The order Is being tallked about Soo much Expectations are just drastically increasing. We havnt seen nothing from that game, I think we've seen more of quantum break then the order.
Very impressive but expected. It's truly the only next gen game that ps4 offers.
Here's a question for you, Since resolution defines greatness ps4 has a game call Knack that runs at native 1080p 60fps and Xbox one has a game called Ryse that runs 900p 30fps, which one you think looks better?
Since when resolution defines gaming? This whole 720p is getting old now, play the games you want on the platform you prefer is that simple.
PS3 and Xbox 360 offer great games for an entire gen and gamers never brought up 1080p crap, the gamers just played the games. For example uncharted 2-3 didn't run In native 1080p and look how gorgeous those games looked and so many others. Art and talent defines good looking games not resolution.

Power is the only thing that determines next gen then? Previous great consoles were never next gen then such as ps1,ps2 and wii.. Doesn't come down to games?

I don't understand why n4g is so extremist regarding everything MS does, they're 2nd behind apple ( no shame on that). They've done great attributes and if you dislike them simply don't support them, they're not forcing you to support them.
How does the ps3 I mean ps 3.5 sorry ps4 appeal more to consumers? Beginning of a generation only hardcore gamers buy consoles not casual. Kinect IMO appeals more then anything the ps4 can offer, it's a basic machine.
It's a fact the xbox 1 gets more negative articles then any other.
