The console version is complete shit it seems like. Looks like all of DICE's insecure comments are now invalid. Sure, it's a beta, but how can a beta for such a hyped game and from oh so great developers fail so hard?
Oooo, such flashy graphics! From what I played in the beta, that's all this game has. BC2 was WAY more fun than this......

When did I say that they were bias? I will give you a bit to find where I said that. I DON'T CARE that gears 3 got this score. Good for epic. I am just putting my opinion on GI, because I found the content of the R3 review quite idiotic. NOT the score.
Actually, I found the review to be very unprofessional. It has nothing to do with the score. The content of the review fell incredibly below GI standards, in my opinion. It has nothing to do with it being on the PS3 either (when did I say that they were bias? Paranoid much?), so shut the hell up. Thanks.
I plan on pre-ordering on the holidays. The great thing is that I will not need to get any games for it instantly. I can just put some of my downloaded PS1 and PSP games on it to hold me over if my budget is tight. =>
We get it Sony trolls, this game sucks. We get it Xbox trolls, its the greatest game ever.
Personally, after that TERRIBLE Resistance 3 review, I am a bit more cautious of GI now. Nothing against Gears 3 though.
Out of all of the websites to review a game, this is the one that I would put up on the 'completely pointless' shelf.
At the very least, RE4 nailed the atmosphere. It was just so eerie. RE5 was all bright, so you pretty much had a very good chance of blatantly seeing most enemies.

Both stories are somewhat run-of-the-mill, but Uncharted makes a somewhat predictable story interesting. Gears, not so much.
A beta so close to launch = Marketing ploy. Glorified advertising.
