I agree personally it really is not a big deal. I just remember back in PSone days with the final fantasy games. You would go back to say playing FF8 after like a year or two and one of the disks you cannot find. So then you cannot play the full game or you see those people on ebay that sell copies of FF7 but they sell each disk separate talk about low...

This game is completely based offline. So other then not being able to get that bonus case right away that is it.
Man the internet bandwidth in the US,EU and JP are going to sky rocket when the service comes back on.
I just hope after we get our online gaming back that we do see some kind of improvement or those free games are actually good. Yeah i got a life but i put money into games i just bought and i would like to be able to play the full game. Plus developers losing money that has to be a lot of pressure on Sony they have no choice but to get it back up ASAP.
The PSP is huge in Japan and SCEJ would of course do this consumers over their will eat these up.

Battlefield 3 on PC, COD could never change my mind.
Give me a nice HD remake of the first COD with its expansion and i will buy that asap. Other then that i wont be buying any new COD. Did not buy black ops and i wont get this. Their are a lot of other great games to play.
This game never really interest me personally but i expected higher. Yeah this is IGN but i really thought IGN would give it a better score. When i thought of Brink i always thought of Team Fortress 2 but little lower on the scale.
I might get it sometime when its on sale probably steam.

When xbox live was down in 2007 for 12 days what did MS give consumers? That could give us a idea of what we could possibly receive.

My one friend did sell his slim ps3 to me because he was so mad and bought a 360. I did my best to convince him not to do it but i failed :(
