The games are region free, meaning even if the game fails in Japan people around the world can still play there games

I think that the game will be 1080p, I know that most of the launch games on the Xbox One are only native 720p but remember developers who are used to developing on the Xbox 360 it will be harder to develop for the Xbox One due to the Xbox One having a different architecture than the Xbox 360. because the Xbox 360 had a PPC architecture and the Xbox One is a x86-64 architecture it is a big leap for developers to get use to
