It failed because of lag. The comical Kill cam at the end of each match emphasized and paraded the lag for all to see.
this story blows so I will throw out something more interesting:
Black OPs was well designed and balance... The lag and hit detection ruined it. There were issues with match making. eh so what i roll solo.
the game looks great and im sure they put allot of time and effort in this title. But if they dont address the lag... then this will have the same bs that ruined the COD name.
Gears ONE and Two had soooo much lag it ruined one of the best games ever. Gears 3...

address the issues the end user have and worry about the cool bells and whistles that programmers put in the game that just contribute to more lag.

Graphics look great but I hope this time my car has some handles like the first 3 titles... and if my car flips this time around when you run over a garbage can,, I'll never buy a ROCK STAR game again.
I hope this masterpiece can handle the turns and won't fill my ride when I hit a trash can.
You should know by now that developers do not like remaking maps. They personally think that they came make better, newer maps. Their ego gets in the way.
