i tired to like it really i did.......i'm just not motivated enough to get anymore games for it after mario galaxy. you know when you get that feeling that something isn't for you, i always get that with my wii(my wii not my other wii - you sick basterds-)
just wait for the next unreal engine.. it'll blow farcry in efficiency and ease of use.

i've had mine a month after it launched in europe. but i don't use it much. i've got 2 ds systems also and i don't know where they are. i guess i'm not the portable kinda guy.
seems like sony will have a holiday that we won't forget for a long time. on all three systems.
i never played the third one. did any of you try Paradise online? it really ads a lot to the experience. I'm actually enjoying the demo more than the previous games.

nothing on more than 32 players!!!!! with the new drop ships holding a pilot plus 6 soldiers things might get kinda empty on the ground.
ohh well you don't always get what you wish for. and the game will get better with the new maps and patches.
edit: it's mazing we always find something to complain about..... lol
those wii games are getting the worst scoers ever for a home system. aside from nintendo seems like no one else is taking the system seriously.
with another $50 price cut and GT and killzone i think anything is possible.
while xbox360 & wii has a better price point what really matters is the price of the ps3 itself. and by march 2008 the system will have good games in every genre so all it needs is a lower price point.
most importantly, even if they don't reach the intended sales target that wouldn't mean the end of the world. the ps3 is set for a great year and i predict smooth sailing from now on...
why is everyone asking about shenmu??? that game bored me to death.

i know Americans invented the first RPG. i know they made the first computer and i know they had the first videogame system. but what does that have to to with my personal preferences ?
to me the style of a Japanese RPG suits me better. it's true that the whole save the world, pretty boy, love story is getting boring. but i'd rather have that dungeons and dragons.
if you ever played chrono cross you'll know what i mean.
u can add burnout. after trying the demo i think it'll be a great game. with GT5,2008 will be a driver's heaven.
i kinda agree. the games you mentioned are really good. but i still prefer the Japanese method of making an RPG game. and i think FFIII on ds was a blast.
but if i were only to choose one of the ones mentioned earlier, I'd take mass effect.
i agree, you can't have more fun online anywhere else. and i wish more games will allow 4 people to play online from one system. this option was the main reason i liked the game a lot.
i've been hearing all sorts of positive feedback about this game which is assuring. i played the demo and while the cars looked amazing, the suzuka track was kinda plain. but from what i heard and read you only need to see the London level to be a believer.
add to this the promise of weather and car damage in an update near you and we'll have the most amazing driving experience(I'm getting giggly just thinking about it).

this all fine. i hope this war ends sooner than expected. we need one format. and since i already have a blue ray player(ps3) i'm cheering for blue ray. the problem is this blue ray Trojan horse is back firing on ps3 software sales. i mean uncharted, ratchet and heavenly sword didn't sell half as expected.
now it's clear sony fought on this high def front and in my opinion have won it. they need to focus more on their software. i don't know what they should do but they gotta do so...
i always like a hard copy of my games that's why I'll get the blue ray version. but when will it available in Europe?
what about hardware. did gt5 prologue get ps3's numbers up again?
the system has been declining in sales after the surge from the price drop. and GT is considered one of the strongest franchises sony has. it'll be disappointing of ps3 sales don't go back to the +50,000 this week .
i really thought GT5 would push ps3 sales further than that. why even the game itself didn't sell that well(does anybody know how many units of GT5 sony shipped?) but still these are preliminary sales so it could be more(which i hope) or it could be less(gulp).
edit: i just saw hot shots golf sales on psp, so even that game didn't sell well. i remember it was a million seller in japan. looks like the Japanese had their fill with normal playing games :-(
