pandatroll, it's 512mb, or 256 EACH (and better ram than xbox)..and cell was ahead of anything else 6 years ago (way more powerfull and usefull for graphics than xbox cpu), that's why you can see the best graphics/physics, lighting, ia, on ps3 exclusives, which are better each years.
