It sure does! Buttery smooth controls. When you die, you know it is your fault 100% and not the game/controls. I am loving this gem and I see myself playing this for a long time.
Yes and no. Those minor adjustments make for a totally different feel on the pitch. Feels much more organic and closer to the real thing than 18 did. The first few matches were actually frustrating, I couldn't complete passes as they would bounce off odd. The more I play it, the more I notice those minor adjustments in action.
Thieves selling to thieves. Revenue lost or not, piracy is stealing and should be punished. Can't afford it? Don't steal! The only thing piracy accomplishes is giving the blood-sucking publishers the ammo they need to justify DRM and crap like that...
but you don't *need* those ultra expensive players to have fun. so, not needed.
You don't have to spend a penny in FUT, I know I don't and still have a blast playing it. I don't see the point in spending all that money on top of what you pay for the game itself.
Exactly! This thing cannot replace Fallout 4, you need a proper Fallout title for that.
Indeed. For me, I get COD for campaign and BF for the rest...
I only buy COD from Treyarch, but this one I'll skip because I only play the campaign. Too bad si ce it is (was) the only good campaign in COD.
Sony worked their butts off to get gamers to their platform, now others want to reap the benefits of Sony's install base. The only thing, in my opinion, that cross-platform play would bring is in-game banter about which console is better.
Maybe I should have explained a bit better why I say that.
It is lazy because it is just a camera toggle. Arrogant because even though it is not a big deal, people are asking for it and they simply refuse.
If this was a straight shooter with multiplayer I would understand locking the camera perspective, but this is a single player RPG and this is a genre that normally allows for different ways to play, according to your style.
I hope ...
Not everyone can tolerate first person view. Heck, I have a friend that can only tolerate a 2D perspective, not even 3ed person view. Not including a switch of perspective (Elder Scrolls, Fallout, etc) is simply lazy and arrogant. Not to mention silly because they're not going to sell as much as they could.
As long as the game is good, the length shouldn't be an issue even if short. The problem is when devs add stuff just for the sake of making it longer.
Give me an excellent 10 hour game instead of a messy 40-hour one. More than likely i'll replay the shorter one and not finish the longer one.
I'll get it if it also comes with a 3rd person view, or it's not a collector's edition.
Great! The NPCs will react to what we can't see. The beauty of FPV.

I LOVE DRINKBOX STUDIOS! These guys make fun games. And I mean FUN! Can't wait to play this one.
I still have to get the strength to finish it, it puts me in a very weird mood after a few minutes of play. I feel drained and exhausted afterwards. And I recommend it to anyone, there is nothing that comes close to it out there and needs to be experienced.
nobody bothered to find out what the fuss is about. they are NOT blocking sales of used games, they want people to say they are used when they are. the problem is someone selling a used game and labeling it as "new." however, i still don't like them much....
If you told me that PES is that much better than FIFA, maybe. But as it is, PES' gameplay, while better, it is not considerably better. The differences in gameplay are way more subtle than the difference in visuals and licences. So, OP was right on the money.
Note that I am not saying PES is bad. Not at all. It just doesn't have the gameplay gap some people insist is there.
This is too funny. Kids are spoiled now more than ever. I can't conceive asking my parents to pay for a coach to help me with Adventure. I don't know why they play nowadays then if not for the challenge of getting good at it, they're missing out on a lot.
150 hours fighting bethesda's bugs while griefers get you...no, thanks, pass.
