Wii U enhanced VC games are said to have just that. The ability to play them on the Wii U gamepad.
As far as Gamecube titles coming, I don't personally see that happening. I think they will make more HD remakes like Wind Waker much similar to how Sony has their HD remakes or collections.
Then just keep being a loyal supporter. As a fan of Nintendo myself, I payed attention less and less since the Gamecube era. Nintendo simply did not peak my interest. This news now is looking much better than anything I've seen from them in a long time.
Indeed. That being said, I'd likely pay for this on PSN or XBLA as well. Now especially with it being updated to V2.
I had a feeling this might get attention for some of the wrong reasons.
As Blacktric said, this was mostly talking about the combat and this was posted when I was about a third of the way into the game. I will have a review when I get the time to write/edit for one. It's not all bad, but it's not all good either.

One would have to wonder the answer to this.
While lots of these replies mention that it's just someone else talking about this, with good reason, we really just don't know at this point. All is speculation until something actually happens, but that's what we do as gamers, right? Speculate and discuss accordingly. Everything gets picked apart until whatever topic is being talked about becomes true or untrue.

There was a rumor of something like this existing before, but the Sony CEO shut that down saying that they would not support the blocking of used games. Now with this patent, that may prove to be false.
I must say, it's been one hell of a journey. Needless to say, I'm finding myself liking the game and hunting down the achievements accordingly. I tend to challenge myself at times and this was definitely one of them.
It's not for everyone, putting yourself against such stupid hard odds, but I'm a bit of a masochist like that, as I've been told.

I was fortunate enough to have each console and handheld last gen (sold PSP). There are things I like about all. It comes down to personal preference and whatever budget you have at the time.
I'd like to choose a console for next-gen (Wii U, PS4, or 720) but why choose just one if you can get them all? If all offer enough games that you are interested in, you owe it to yourself to at least try. Keep your options open. If you don't like something, someone else will.
