Gears 2 is said to be at least three times as long and action packed as Gears 1, and Gears 1 was about 9 hours on normal mode. that's about 30 hours for Gears 2.

Gears 2 has HUNDREDS of enemies on screen at any given point.
Kameo ONE, a 360 LAUNCH title, had over FIVE THOUSAND realtime AI enemies on screen at one point to battle, and the framerate never dipped ONCE. and yes, it's still one of the best looking games to date.
