Now that we know credit card information was compromised and that Sony knew about it way before they announced to the public things are starting to change, people are starting to get angry and have even started filing lawsuits against Sony. So it wasn't only about a couple of days without online play, huh?
After several comments we have reviewed the list and found out that agent was included into the confirmed list in error, we apologize for the mistake, the list has been corrected.
The list is the result of a lot of searches on confirmed games out of several sites. There is no full listing that can be found anywhere, just scattered reports of games that have been confirmed. We took the time to research on reports of confirmed games and compiled it here.
This list was compiled by checking several game publisher's websites, and finding out which games they have confirmed to be at E3. While there is no OFFICIAL E3 list for all the games, this list compiles all the games that at the moment publishers have confirmed.
Sorry about that. I do agree that saying "soon" and then giving a date of 2012 doesn't sound right. However, if you check how long it's been since rumors of Prey 2 started to emerge (Since 2007) then you will realize a year is not such a long time to wait for this game to come out
I think you might be onto something Octo1
beavis:
Your points are very valid. Let me respond to this:
1 - At this point nobody knows if spoofing accounts is possible or not. However, Sony already sent official statements threatening people to ban them from the PSN, yet I am still waiting on a massive ban, and people with hacked consoles are still playing online. What leads me to think either Sony has all the information they need and are just waiting to have legal proof that your console is hacked and you have been on...
We don't question the fact that Sony should do whatever is necessary to protect themselves and their game developers, we are just saying that if done incorrectly, it could cause more harm than good. Please read the whole article and not just the intro
I just read the article and as most people, thought it was the greatest brain fart someone has posted here in a long time.
Basically, the author is saying this:
- The PSP2 will not be successful because nobody cares about great games in portable devices. People are just used to the half-ass portable games that other companies like apple and google are putting in their respective marketplaces, so the PSP2 and good quality games won't matter!!!!
- Why would ...
Please read it, see if it's the same as the others you have seen before. IT'S NOT
I just wanted to let everybody know. The list is not comprehensive, We added the items that were mostly announced in the last quarter of 2010 and the most updated list of games that we know are coming out but haven't had a set date yet.
We realize there are a some big names missing, mostly because they have a set date announced before the last quarter of 2010, so maybe these should have been included. In the future, for the sake of completeness, we will try to post a more...
Well, I believe you when you say that a duplicate did not come up. N4G's system is not the best at finding duplicates whenever you are posting news. However, you are wrong to think that I would not be able to take your article down. I could personally message one of the moderators to get it down since I can prove that the article is duplicated, even YOU are admitting the fact here with your comments. I just don't want to bother, plus like I said, I don't think you meant to anyway ...
