How do you know which service has the higher usage, just because the PS4 is ahead in sales does not mean psn has a higher userbase . And while the outages have been annoying, it's understandable as they have added the azure and one drive services and there's always growing pains when integrating new systems. At least Xbox justifies the cost by upgrading systems instead of making you pay for the same service with not many changes that was given for free last gen
