Thats a nice list and the ps4 has always had great diversity in games, imo though the person asking themselves this question is not going to be buying a console for more than big name AAA games because they would most likely be casual. Most of us already knew before the start of the gen which console we were going to buy first.

MS wont jump to early. If they do and sony waits 1 or 2 years then there could once again be a hardware difference. MS will not likely make that mistake again if they continue to make consoles.
It depends if sony and ms shoot for 4k gaming. Hardware is going to have to drop in price fast enough that its feasible. When your average gaming pc is running 4k @ 60 fps then maybe we will start to hear about the next gen consoles. And it also depends how much VR takes off and how much focus that will ne next gen.
I agree Halo 5 is the only fps i play atm and i own them all. Rarely lags, nice frame per second, solid mechanics. Its a great arena shooter.
I have to remember not everbody has my tastes. It was fashioned after older pc rpgs, which do not hold hold much sway with console gamers today. It sold really well no matter what people think of it. It was enough they put out good dlc for it. I always liked the rpg grinds but im old school

If your a gamer and you really want to play this and you dont have an x1 or a gaming pc but you have some money saved up. What do you think 90 percent of people will buy to play. A 700 to 1000 rig or a 299 dollar console bundle with this game. Maybe 350 but doubt it as its slated for holiday and will be black friday deals. Use logic
