It is a beta but I have played a dozen alpha and betas this gen and this is by far the worst. All that I have played were somewhat polished and mechanically sound. Homefront is everything but. It's not going to change for the better unless they delay it
You're right, I have played this and it's flippen horrible. I can't even begin to list everything. I get beta and older builds but come on. Betas and alphas I have participated in. Titanfall, destiny, division alpha and beta, black ops 3, doom, star wars battlefront, battlefield hardline, halo 5. All of these were miles ahead of this game in quality, and some I didn't like. I wanted to like this but this build feels like its at least a year away from release. And it's runn...
And you are completely correct. In the end if software sales skyrocket from the games division it can only be a plus for the Xbox. It will mean more investment in software and maybe even a higher end console next gen if they know they can make up sales in software. Phil Spencer knows what the f he is doing, more so than maybe anyone in the history of Xbox.
Exclusives don't sell consoles. Of the top 10 selling games last year none were exclusive. 95% of gamers don't care, because they are casual. I think you are completely wrong.
Well spoken my friend. Maybe some people need to consider different hobbies in life. People act like this is affecting there life. When all in all it doesnt, not even a little bit.
Online gaming on consoles is more fun. I pay for a service strictly because I got tired of Dbag hackers ruining my experience. I will play single player and mmo type games on PC but I will never again play MP games on anything but console. Hate my opinion if you want, but it's the truth.
And all these "exclusive" articles are stupid. I am an x1 gamer and these are Whiney butthurt fanboys. I'm glad PC players get to experience this game. Remedy deserves every...
I'll play through the campaign twice and do a little mp. I played the MP beta and had some fun but after playing the division I can see that's going to take up a bit of my summer gaming. I'm a sicker for loot based grindy shooters. Sick right.
It will probably have matchmaking and if you can't be bothered with that and just like to play alone ..well buy Minecraft because some of us like socializing while gaming and like that games are coming out that take this to heart. There are plenty of games for the reclusive basement dwellers
Well that was 80 hours longer than it should have taken
Who keeps approving these articles. It s like the third one today.
Because they new they could sell it twice. And they did
Is it really that surprising.
If people are comparing graphics then you have to compare like games, saying there have been better graphic games this gen and basing the comparison off linear single player games is not fair. This game is a medium scale mmo and for that the graphics are awesome.
This is my own opinion and not fact.
I'm not outraged I find it sad and pathetic that people buy and play this every year. That people have so little taste that they will up 60 dollars every year for slight upgrades. I'm old though, I was in my 20's and playing competitive on the og cod in 2003 on pc, switched to console on the 360 with cod 2. I stopped in 2009 when MW2 hit. COD has turned into unbalanced junk. Like I said, these are opinions
You know what the sad part is they push so hard for this to be an esport, and they know as well as anybody that the game has to be balanced. It doesn't matter if one weapon is super OP as long as everyone has access to it. That's what real balance is, everyone starting or at least have the option to start on equal ground.
I hit up your link and was astounded by how many people defend this. I took a break from cod for years. Bought ghosts and was like wtf. I was given a copy of AW and said I would never buy again. And I havnt. COD makes millions and won't go away. But I can stay away.
I hope the martial arts is more like Sleeping Dogs than the batman series. I want some Kung Fu style in my kicking ass.
@edmix I don't mean to get technical cause it is the second game in the franchise but it's a complete reboot from what I understand. Minimal focus on gunplay and more on parkour and hand to hand combat.
Me too man , I love FPS rpgs and I can't wait to dig into the crafting systems. In ESO I Spent a lot of time grinding for crafting skills and materials.
I'll be on my xbox. I've watched videos of PC gameplay and wow it looks amazing. But the console is just better for online gaming imo. It's more secure so you deal will alot less cheating.
