Took a while to get used to, but I enjoy Apex a lot. I'd still drop it for Titanfall 3 in a heartbeat, though
I only included episodes that you'd need to actually finish the main story of the game. The Pachinko one is mentioned in the article, but yeah, The Secret of the Dirty Lake is a tricky one.
That's understandable. Personally, the Comic Sans font and the editing quality gave me a good laugh.
Agreed. It might just be in my personal top 5 favorite game soundtracks ever, honestly.
Graces definitely had some of the funniest after-battle victory quotes in the entire series.
It was pretty annoying in the PS1 version of Spyro 2. You're 100% right about those FarCry missions though.
Dreams is a great one, for sure. Its possibilities already seem limitless on PS4. Can't even imagine what could be done on PC.
It would be amazing, for sure.
I'm happy about the increase too, but I just wish it were a bit higher. I lost a lot of my motivation to play once I hit 50. And yeah I think BL 2 did a good job at making legendaries feel rare, but not too rare. BL 3 gameplay is far better though imo.
I feel that. I didn't think I cared that much, but when I got to play as those characters on the list, I was a lot happier than I thought I'd be. Kratos has that whole family ash situation going on though...
Thanks! I have mixed feelings about CJ...but I actually almost added Franklin from GTA V. After thinking about it though, I felt like his character was kinda just alright. Especially compared to Lee or Adéwalé.
Yeah I was debating adding him in because he seems cool, but didn't have enough personal experience with his character. Didn't play Mafia 3, so I think it wouldn't have felt as genuine as the ones I chose.
Thanks!
Such a good supporting character. Didn't expect him to become playable, so it was a pleasant surprise.
I think making a post-game storyline where you're already champion (and it actually matters) could be the best choice, alongside a hard mode. New game plus might be kinda tough/weird for a Pokemon game, but it'd be interesting for sure.
There have been some tougher ones since the original Gold/Silver, but I do wonder why they got rid of the difficulty options after adding them in.
I think I missed some comments that are no longer here, but I appreciate this response. I do wish for Pokemon games to continue to get bigger and better, but my own admittedly high expectations didn't stop me from having a good time with Sword & Shield. I had some issues with it, for sure, but I'm still happy with what I played. Hope your week gets better, and happy Pokemon hunting to you as well, in whichever gen you choose!
I'm not sure if you're 100% serious or not, but I'd consider the Wild Area a stride forward. Getting rid of random encounters and making the gym battles feel like actual spectacles that matter are also positives imo.
The combat looks great of course, but still, I was hoping for a bit of a change.
