Personally, I'd like to see more PS2 games on PSN.
Marty Sliva and Jose Otero are pretty cool, but otherwise agree with you.
It's $350 at Best Buy right now. I haven't seen the same sale elsewhere, but maybe Best Buy is a test run for Sony.
Seriously. Only a fool would believe they are doing this to expose vulnerabilities and protect the consumer. Just look at some of their tweets - they are getting off on pissing off gamers.
Does Dealspwn ever have anything positive to say about anything?
They will respond with Uncharted 4.
Me too. Hopefully they have it in Vegas each year, since I'm just a short drive away.
This is why I could never be a game developer. People beg/plead/demand gameplay for a game in pre-alpha. Then when you deliver, they bitch and moan that it doesn't look exactly like the trailer. You then spend weeks having to explain that the game will look much better at release. You can't win.
PSN is back up.
That comment of his regarding no ship dates for PSX is ridiculous. Most of the games were given a 2015 date. No, specific dates weren't given yet, but I don't see specific dates on most of your games either, Phil. Assuring a "fun" 2015 is not more specific than Sony has been.
Indeed.
The jabs at Sony's financial situation are really getting boring.
LOL. I would have snatched up this deal too, if I hadn't already bought the Destiny Bundle as my 2nd PS4.
We used it a lot in the 80's :-)
We're going to hear more from the minority now, because Microsoft is back to being the media darling, and part of that is to claim the Xbox One is as powerful as PS4. I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing articles claiming every game looks better on Xbox One. People are so predictable.
It looks like they ran out of the $399 GTA V bundle and won't have back in stock until 12/2. And they are not allowing you to order it - you have to pay the third party price of $499. So, not sure who screwed up, Sony or Amazon, but it doesn't look like they will be offering good deals until they quit with the third party crap and let people order the $399 bundle again.
I though that was strange about the Wii U too. This is the perfect time for them to offer great deals and get units into as many homes a possible. But Nintendo seems really opposed to price drops of any kind.
Soccer moms get what their kids beg them to get. Only the low income ones will go by just price.
Yes, I'm sure people will buy the Xbox in droves during the 8 month dry patch on exclusives they are about to begin.
Microsoft was hoping that the Xbox One would catch on as the "console to have" after the holidays. That turned out not to be the case, as the PS4 began outselling the Xbox as soon as the Xbox's price increased. That's why they dropped the price again.
