I changed the stock drive to a 960gb SSD when I upgrade my og PS4 to PS4 pro.
It is much easier than you think. Do some research before making complaint.
I didn't expect 3rd party support to Wii U.

I played last gen. mainly on xb360, while ps3 is for exclusives and Japan titles.
This gen. is reversed. PS4 as main stream while xb1 for exclusive.
When I unpack the xb1, I really love the controller. I was then shocked by the bulky console and the fact that it can't stand vertically.
I bought the titanfall bundle so I knew it is hell to get the installation complete. It took an overnight to download 16.x gb in Hong Kong.
Got my ps4 in late January and the xb1 two weeks ago.
I was having fun with killzone, fifa 14 and infamous before gettng the xb1.
Right after spending several hours with titanfall on xb1, I decided to go back to infamous and buy a dead rising 3.
Talking to xb1 is fun, but I can't find much that I can't get it from ps4
If you are only to buy one console only, ps4 is definitely your choice.

Pre-order sometimes pay off, sometimes just don't.
I got my copy of Infamous second son with extra DLC and T shirt from Sony Shop preorder, while those who didn't preorder need to pay more for less(in Hong Kong).
However game price sometimes drops below the suggested price right after the game released. Others can walk-in and buy the game cheaper...
So if you really love a game which you will buy anyway, it would be good to preo...
I got a Titanfall bundle with extra controller, Forza 5 and a TV remote control at $450 from Ebay.
I guess there's still room for the price to go down.
BTW, they are all brand new.
It looks like 360 version is a little bit washed out, with frequent tearing, still a very good result on last gen. console.

360 sales in Japan sucked because they didn't offer titles that fit the Japanese. (Formula of Shooting, Racing and sports games just don't work in Japan)
MS has no one but only themselves to be blamed for that.
I was happier with games on 360 in the early stage (Dead Rising, Gears of War, Halo 3, Bio Shock etc).
I would say 360 declined instead of being mature in terms of games offered. ODST, Reach, Alan Wake are the exclusives I can remember. (they were not good at all)
While I could play Uncharted, Last of Us on PS3, I played only multiplatformers on my 360 just because I had more achievement than my trophies.
The situation was getting worse...
