It's true that Halo 3 wasn't the most impressive technical jump for the developers. Bungie makes solid titles. ODST was a great game, it got a bad rap because somewhere along they way someone mentioned DLC. If noone ever said anything about DLC noone would have complained. ODST's campaign was the best one of the series. The music and darkness of the game showed that there is a lot more to come from the Halo series. Halo and the story of Masterchief is only a small part of the Halo Univers...

I agree. Need Moar Stealth Games. That sniper game isn't stealth, but that game looks really interesting. I think its just called Sniper.
I have to admit the first time I played the demo I had no clue you could even use the sticky camera until I watched this video. Damn that opens up the gameplay alot. I think Im gonna go back and give it another go. It would be nice if they ran a quick tut on the gadgets in the demo, I bet Im not the only one. Still not sold on the gameplay though.

innovation is all that matters. hardcore or not is only a term describing the gamer not the game. I do agree though that we see less genres and types of games.
I would much rather see some in game footage than this crap, this has nothing to do with the game as far as I'm concerned. All this does is increase the price I have to pay for games. That had to be exspensive as hell to make. Spend more time on games, less time one Live Action Trailers.
I am all for Bungie mulitplat, they are one of the most talented devs in the business. But, they make good FPS I dont think PS3 is FPS oriented as MS and PC are.

A game developers primary objective is to sell as many games as possible so he is right, its definitely a mistake they are missing out on big sales.
I read that article maybe yesterday I think. It was good. Kinda opens your eyes up to these meta reviews and how they score these games. The sad part is they basically determine a games success.
Not so quick nogolis Bayonetta was a pretty unique game. I haven't played god of war so I can't speak on it, so it I can't say which game I prefer, but I can say that I enjoyed the hell out of Bayonetta. One of the first games I felt complelled to play again on higher skill levels in awhile. Was it a great game? Maybe. I definitely got my monies worth.
Why one earth would you want Bungie to stop making games. If they hadn't started this revolution you wouldn't have the games you have today. Especially if you like FPS's at all. Cod, Killzone, even Gears they all have taken things from Bungies playbook.
