i don't buy dvds anymore so if a movie comes out that i may notwant on blu-ray i would get the umd version and watch it using tv out on trips.

it doesn't seem that the PS3 and the 360 have any discrepancies in terms of hardware and software sales. The PS3 is outselling the 360 in hardware and software every month, so whenever they add up their quaters the PS3 will be ahead. Now in the US it's been going back and forth so there is a chance that it might change based on their US revenues but I wouldn't say it' guaranteed based on software.
I honestly can't get excited about the 360 and trying to recreate what the PS2 did and now trying to steal PS3's thunder just makes it even less attractive. I don't understand why Microsoft doesn't realize that consumers don't look for copy cats, they look for new ideas.
The best things on the 360 are the ideas that they came up with on their own, but anything that's been done before somewhere else doesn't define the console.

So the first Mass Effect had frame rate, AI and loading issues, so in the hopes of correcting those issues for the sequel they're going to need all the developement resources and help they can get. It's better it stay on the 360 in my opinion, I only want Quality!

I've gotten rid of my 360 for the same reason I get rid of my other faulty electronics. No amount of good games or services can convince me to put my hard earned money towards something that is going to break weather is refurbished or not. The warranty is not a pass, they need to figure out how to fix the issue not duck taping the same old issue. What kind of consumers are gamers that would consider this acceptable.

If they were outselling ps3 every week, had a higher price and were on the market for a shorter period of time, these comments might not sound so bad. Although knowing how much the PS3 is outselling the 360 in Europe and the price difference and the time on the market, makes this guy just look foolish.
No Marketing and against negative media spin consumers know what a quality product really is.
