I do not understand why hockey is not as popular in the States. Here is a sport where blood feuds regularly erupt, where the players are encouraged to weaponize their feet, and wield glamorized dueling sticks.
The Canadians know exactly how it is. :|
U mad bro? trollface.png
...ok, barring the stupid internetz joke-- it's interesting to note the use of trolling as a way to gather internet traffic. Note the recent hubbub over the Jon Finkel Dating Drama as a way to get hits. Is this any more or less ethical than the mainstream (or lamestream, lullzzzzz) media pulling the same stuff?
a-hem. Excuse me.
DO A BARREL ROLL!!!
This is all. :|
Loving the art style. Just hope it won't try to take itself too seriously.
The idea behind gameplay here isn't necessarily high-octane CONSTANT AKSHUN LULZ. What's appealing is the cat and mouse game; not simply the kill, but the moments leading up to that point.
For a similar idea, check out "Spy Party;" http://www.spyparty.com/abo...
Damn. :(
Am I still considered "manly" if I keep squealing and giggling childishly all the way through the video? :/
Still, it's awesome that a game can have a coherent storyline that doesn't hinge on the presence of a single character. Props to Insomniac!
Gah. Just when I thought I'd start saving money, a game like this gets announced. Well-- I'll be going hungry, but I'll be happy, in a masochistic sort of way. :I
Excited! :D
This...looks to be pretty freakin' cool. Can't wait for more info. :]
A brief, out of nowhere comment: MUD's are freakin' awesome, don't you be dissin' the old-school MMO. >:(
Damn straight. And this looks just crazy enough to sate my thirst for adrenaline and masochistic gaming.
That is, admittedly, something that sort of irked me. Not nearly as much as the "throw my hammer and grab one"-- but c'mon, thunder is sound produced by lightning. Thus: "thunder thighs."
...platforming and bullet hell. If this is an artsy version of "Metal Slug," I may pee myself with joy. :I
I am impressed and will buy one right now. Largely, to be fair, so I can laugh at the "I'm taking a dump" expression the guy's got. It's truly epic.
We need more silly, pointless, playful platformers in our lives!
I'm still somewhat mystified over the attitude that some of the PS+ subscribers-- and, apparently, IGN --are taking. From where I stand, Sony is saying: "We fucked up, here's our way of saying sorry. Whoopsies!"
Aaah. Gears. Over the top violence, chainsaws, and-- was that Cole I heard?! Oh, I cannot begin to describe my joy. WHOO.
Well said!
