nice blog, its obvious that this is a matter that concerns you (or you just know how to wright a good blog). The only thing I really cant stand is how time consuming it is to sift through all the garbage and hate to find the occasionally interesting comment, or to find a honest not biased ( by either haters or company reps)review, oh well what's one to do. LOl kind of funny thou, on a blog that addresses all the trolling and hate...that all the responses have been pretty rational :)
