My family owned 5 different PS2s.. Two(2) had the same problem, where as the other Three(3) each had a different problem.
And, just as you say you had only One(1) PS2, I have only One(1) xBox 360, still works fine.

Blu-Ray has 5 minute installs. DVD takes 5 secs to swap.
@Cahill - I do. =) Nah, but really, I'd rather put a disk in n just start playing. I'd rather deal with swapping 5 dvds then waiting on a game to install.. But, that's just me.

The PS2 had a large amount of problems and failure rates too, just not to the extent of the 360. But, you forgot that though, eh?
Yea, the PS3 won by a small margin, as you said, but the 360 has a larger amount of games, so the PS3 winning by a small margin in that category is not very good..
