Gran Turismo is a respected simulation game, you can't really innovate real life anymore than it is:P
I do wish it had more a sense of speed though:P
Nintendo in terms of innovation has been lacking and it does seem like they are playing it safe...especially now with the Wii.U sort of in the crapper.
But I do agree that at least their games are polished and almost NEVER need to be patched after release. Thats something that is respectable on it's own, I do really enjoy that the mechanics work well out of box and the game plays exactly as described.

I did say that your entitled to your opinion, but for me the gameplay was very addicting and yes there are some times where death is beyond your control but the game plays that way it goes hand in hand with it's charm.
You can not like it all you want but it can be both a testament of thinking ahead mixed with reflexes:)
Like many handheld consoles and controllers it varies. I think my thumbs are just too small to make some of the perfect angled shots:P
I dont think the game deserves a 6.3, it's very addictive and the graphics are a charm especially on the Oled screen.
But I guess everyone is entitiled to their opinion.
I was reading other reviews and was shocked to see Donkey Kong 3Ds get 8.8, am I the only one that noticed how laggy that game can be and it really makes the controls suffer.....

Its opinion relax. 7/10 is still a good game, it's not like everyone is going to like it...a lot of rpg players out there and freedom lovers:)
I personally thought it was a 9.5/10, only downside I thought was that it still resembled uncharted a little too much minus the parkcour.

It still packs in all three games, and it is definately playable.

The game is more than that...maybe trying the game before speaking might be better;)
Although environments are very detailed, the cars themselves don't look as good as actual racing games:p.
There is also something about the Crysis engine that just...makes it feel a little off...even with some ppl comparing it to photorealism.
I still think Crysis 1 engine was still a bit more closer to life...it just felt simple:P this is very saturated and bloomed.
Either way I'd never complaint if a game used the engine:D
This was prob true with the Wii, which was a fresh idea to the market and had a lot going for it, but with the Wii.U it's marketing isn't as great...and it's very expensive for what it offers.
Let's not forget the Wii.U will have almost a year advantage this time.

I personally thought it was a perfect game that was long enough not to leave you wanting more and short enough which didn't make you feel like you were repeating yourself.
You can beat the game in a couple of hours or fly around and enjoy the ambiance for a several hours....

Favorite of the series still remains on the NDS, it was pixel precision jumps...these are bloated and slow moving marios on 3Ds, wii and wii.u

Framerate isn't noticeable because of the gameplay style, but yes its bad..nowhere near as bad as ratchet and clank.
It's very enjoyable, I'd give it a 7.0 though, nothing higher. Everything is top notch..but the game could've used optimizing, not only to frame rate but inconsistent AI faults.

Have Save States and Load States like emulators, where ur put straight into the action without having to kinda figure out what u lost or what u haven't done in between the saves.
Vita sorta does this with the multitasking but not qui...
