Yes but dont' remember up until Steam and Valve PC gaming was in BIG trouble...especially since back then trouble shooting games wasn't quite as easy to do as it is now.
Don't forget that with PC games, its SOOOOOO EASY to pirate them... I mean near 0 effort...with Vita and console games, it takes money, a lot of knowledge and risk usually...So honestly I can see why they tend to not drop prices.

I actually really enjoyed the 3rd and first one. Wasn't such a big fan of the second, I dunno why.
The 3rd one actually made me laugh a couple of times, and actually sometimes I just wanted to get passed the battles and continue the weird story!!
TO be fair, Vita has seen some incredible online sales...games for 5$, AC 3 for 7$, Silent hill for 7$ other amazing games for 12$....I was shocked at some of those prices:P

It might result in tearing, but it is a multiple of 120 and 240. So I think it would a nice option.
What would be even better is if they gave the option to disable v-sync like they did in Bioshock 2 for ps3.

I think getting it to at least 40 fps locked can create a close enough illusion of 60 fps to still enjoy the control response time.
Those who say 30 fps is enough, granted to the eye it's still comfortable, but don't forget we still need controller latency. The higher the frame the better the response.

Which is exactly my point, the 3Ds held back the Vita. You state they couldn't do anything int he Vita one that 3Ds couldn't handle...
If they actually took the time to built the Vita version properly, even a good Ipad HD port App would've looked better on the Vita.
