I LOL'D
It could be to trim some fat, but it might not just be simply "money"... it also could be because
Lionhead was asking for too much and taking too long for MS to feel comfortable with letting them continue development at their expense.
Especially considering this was for a free to play game, a game that even LIONHEAD must have had no faith in to go the free to play route...
And, to be honest, the game had nothing new to present, like I literally didn...
Good read.
As long as this is done right and they keep the consumer in mind, It should be good for everyone.
Ign's player is so bad, the Gameboy version could be better for all we know lol
Your comment backfired.
Thank you sir.
I think One of the reasons I feel the way I do is there are times we have heard Phil Spencer talk about Games being a passion of his and that They want the Xbox brand to be all about the Gamer and about games, games, games, and more games.
I feel like MS has made it pretty clear with the way they are doing BC, the insane amount of games we get for with Games with Gold, and now making decisions like this that give Us- the gamers, even more opti...
Bioshock says hi
I definitely agree that this increases the chances for sequels.
But beyond that I fail to see why it really matters if a game is also on PC or not.
As long as it stays off Playstation, the IP and it's value to Microsoft is still in full effect.
This means more people can play it, more people can buy it, more people can enjoy it.
It also means that whether someone prefers a console or a PC, they can still enjoy the game.
And Micros...
Okay so I've exaggerated.... granted, sales don't make a perfect so the ony thing left to say is let's not downplay a game at all at this point. Especiallej3n
Ever .
Period.
Or at least don't be a hypocrite who is too bitter or too dumb to realize that regardless of platform, a good game is still good- No matter why (:
Ps4 and Pc Version of Street fighter V, a fighter game that like 1 million or less people actually care about, is expected to release on PC and PS4...
RUMOR.
Actually not a rumor.
A game that is a sequel to a sequel to a sequel to a sequel... Not even close to a new IP...
See how sensationalist that sounds?
Who gives a flying fuck?
Downplay is strong with this one.
PLAY GAMES!
Stop pretending to care in the name of bein...
Regardless of how many copies are sold on a specific platform, it is great that CD is receiving the recognition they deserve for ROTTR.
I think they should just take a good long break from Assassin's Creed and make a new Price Of Persia that has the size, density, and Scope of the witcher 3 instead.
Either that or make a new ip that tries to make old ideas feel new because they are executed beautifully and with a large Variety of things to do in whatever world they create.
Yeah I read through this and I'm like:
"Wait whatttt?!
PS5 will be able to doo moar stuffz?!"
OMG! Like no effin way!
So totally radical!
Holy be-jeebus! You don't say!
How about telling us specifically HOW the PS5 will allow devs to build more dynamic worlds instead of the most cliché way of saying games are going to gett better and better with time.
Which is of course a no brainer.
When does any E3 presentation (whether on stage or on screen) ever say a term like:
"Sony first party Production" ???
Or "Microsoft first party production"
First party is a term that people who talk about games like to use, not really a catchy term to show or say during a trailer or reveal.
Other then that tho, I can picture your scenario pretty well and that would be awesome for Sony fans.
Haha!
Didn't you know?
NSFW means Not Safe For Women!
A joke yes, but it's pretty much true.
When you say rock solid, I hope you include the notion of a rock solid 30 fps being permissible.
After all, 60fps is overrated. Just like 1080p is overrated.
Either Play a game or don't.
Unless gamers have played it for a month or more and have a REAL set of gameplay or game related reasons for why they don't like the game, then why bother mentioning a preference that can't actually be determined or applied unless you have PLAYED a certain game first?
In PS+ case, sure.
Who the fuck downvoted your comment?
It is PURELY nothing but helpful.
+1
IMO
Agreed!
Especially when you get 4 games instead of 2, it's hard to keep up.
Nice little theory, but I'm pretty sure that had NOTHING to do with why they did it.
Besides, any person who has a PC that can run this game HAS internet. Period.
Just like all the whiners who bitch about always online gaming.
If you are USING THE INTERNET to bitch about always online gaming, where do you draw the line for necessity?
So a digital message board or website that people can connect to- just to be a grumpy complainer i...
