I have my own conspiracy theory on this issue...

I believe the "technical issues" for PS1/PS2 games to run on Vita that people so frequently refer to are, in fact, deliberate license locks put in place by Sony.

Why? Simple... They do not wish to be sued, yet again, for violating the terms of the agreements which Sony originally negotiated with the various developers and publishers for those games. Anybody remember the rumble/force feedback debacle...

The writer clearly doesn't know what the actual definition of trial riding is... maybe they meant trail riding.

I just wish MS would release some bigger HD's already.

Then maybe we could just install the 4 DVDs to the HD and be done with it...

As it stands, I've already started running low on my 120GB drive from the handful of installs I've done so far.

Darwin's theory of evolution works here.

Only certain iPhone/iPod Touch games will even work due to the predominant dependence on TOUCH SCREEN.

HELLO!?! There is NO touchscreen on the Go or any other PSP.

Therefore, only games that "work" and those that also will tend to be the better, more popular games will have any chance of being ported anyway.

Our job as gamers is to immediately call out any developers or publishers that try ...

what?!???!? what are you, like 8 or 9 years old? there is no such thing as a "Sony" or a "MS" that "make good software"...

PEOPLE make software, both the good stuff and the bad stuff. Both (all three if you want to get completist about it) companies happen to have several of the world's leading programmers in their staffs.

So, I guess now the Yakuza/Sony conspiracy theories can begin in earnest...

but seriously, having been to Japan during warmer months a couple times, it doesn't shock me to see a few failures in their retail cases. Japanese business owners are notoriously stingy when it comes to creature-comforts like HVAC.

I've even resorted to always taking a hanky with me whenever I go to Japan during the warmer seasons now just because I know I will likely need to be wiping swe...

Fortunately, I don't live anywhere near Texas and I don't use TW but... I've been following this sort of news closely because I've got a PS3, PSP and Sony's LocationFree base station.

It is awesome being able to stream a feed straight from my DTV HD-DVR through my LocationFree to the Mac I use at work. (I like to let CNN play up in the corner of my screen.)

I also sometimes use the PSP and PS3 to stream video across the internet.

I have a feeling ...
